How I went from sitting 10+ hours a day as a criminal defense attorney to teaching hundreds of women live healthier, more confident and happier lives
Before all the stages, premium London fitness studios and high-profile clients, there was the office.
Rewarding and exciting as it was to fight for justice and change people’s lives in the courtroom, sitting down for hours on end was killing my body. The back pain, tight neck and numb backside – I had it all.
I swapped my robe for colourful leggings because I am convinced we were made for lifting, climbing, running, swimming, moving our bodies and conquering the world.
Movement heals mind and body.
Movement calms the nerves and injects happiness into your whole being.
Movement makes you strong, healthy, and ducking confident! (Yeah, I don’t actually like swear words that much.)
Why do I work with mothers only?
I believe all humans are destined for greatness. But mothers are already killing it, yet most of the time they are not aware how awesome they are.
Yes, I am talking about you!
You create and nurture life, temporarily sacrifice your own goals, career and body to support your family, yet don’t often get the appreciation you deserve.
I work with mothers only because you, my friends, are extraordinary.
And I am here to support you with the best tool I know to increase confidence in all areas of life: movement.
But I am not just an exercise specialist. I am also a mother. A teacher. And I will always be a lawyer at heart.
