It is perfect for you because you have access to your monthly routines 24/7 so you can work out whenever you find 30 minutes.

You don’t need props at the beginning and you will always get options you can do without anything. However, as you progress, we recommend getting some basic equipment such as a softball, some bands, maybe some weights or a TRX. These tools keep your body challenged and make sure you keep seeing results, as opposed to getting stuck on a plateau.

We don’t provide meal plans, first of all, because we don’t believe they work long term. We all love or have access to different ingredients, and our bodies react to foods differently, so we don’t feel a meal plan would be a feasible solution. 

We give you guidelines in terms of nutrition and diet, new recipe packs every month, plus the Fat Loss 101 bonus program if you invest in the annual plan. You are also welcome to ask diet-related questions during your monthly Q&A. 

You are welcome to join the program when you feel ready after giving birth, even though you haven’t attended your doctor’s check-up yet. Go through the Foundation program and implement the modules you are allowed to work on before the sign-off, there is plenty to do.

It is most certainly never too late! May your child be 3 months, 3 years or 30 years old, it is not too late to work on repairing and healing your body. 

You may be able to progress faster than new moms because your body is stronger, so you could focus on fat loss or overall strength more.

However, it is also possible you need to overcome habits that have been ingrained for so long that you may actually need more time to change those habits and reprogram your body.
